1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Chromatic Echoes 555 ("CE555") website and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

CE555 is a trauma-informed, survivor-centered platform that provides a space for creative expression, healing, and community. The platform includes an art marketplace (Echo Market), wellness content (Embodied Echoes), educational resources, and community forums.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

CE555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or compromise the safety of the community.

4. Subscription & Membership

Certain features require a paid subscription, including the ability to sell artwork on the Echo Market, access wellness content, teach classes, and contribute recipes. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.

Subscribers may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, access to subscriber-only features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Echo Market — Artist Sales

CE555 serves as a platform only. Artists handle their own sales and payments directly. CE555 does not process transactions, hold funds, or act as an intermediary in any sale.

CE555 charges zero commissions and zero platform fees on artist sales. Artists keep 100% of all proceeds from their work.

Artists are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their work, the fulfillment of orders, and compliance with all applicable laws regarding sales and taxation.

6. Intellectual Property

Artists retain full ownership and copyright of all artwork they submit to the Echo Market. By submitting artwork, artists grant CE555 a non-exclusive, revocable license to display, promote, and market the work on the platform and associated marketing channels.

7. Community Standards

CE555 is a trauma-informed space. All users are expected to engage with respect, empathy, and integrity. The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
• Hate speech, discrimination, or derogatory language
• Exploitation, manipulation, or gaslighting behavior
• Sharing content that glorifies abuse or abusers
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized use of another artist's work

8. Content Submissions

By submitting content (artwork, recipes, class materials, forum posts), you represent that you own or have the right to share the content, that it does not infringe on any third-party rights, and that it complies with these Terms and our community standards.

9. Disclaimer

CE555 provides educational and creative content for informational purposes only. The platform does not provide medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Content related to wellness, nutrition, and somatic practices is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.

CE555 is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of individual artists or community members.

10. Limitation of Liability

CE555 and its founders, board members, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

11. Modifications

CE555 reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
