All works created, published, or distributed by Chromatic Echoes 555 (CE555), including but not limited to visual art, digital design, written content, branding elements, and conceptual frameworks, are protected under U.S. copyright law.

Use of any CE555 material requires explicit written permission.

What Constitutes Misuse

Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

• •Unauthorized copying, reposting, or distribution
• •Editing, filtering, cropping, AI manipulation, or alteration of the work
• •Removal of attribution or claim of authorship
• •Commercial or promotional use without approval
• •Use in contexts that misrepresent the intention, values, or mission of CE555
• •Exploitative, harmful, or unethical application of the work

Enforcement

Chromatic Echoes 555 reserves the right to pursue appropriate action in response to infringement. This includes but is not limited to DMCA takedown requests, cease and desist notices, and legal proceedings where warranted.

Artist Rights on CE555

Artists who list their work on the Echo Market retain full copyright ownership of their creations. By listing on CE555, artists grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive license to display and market their work. This license:

• ✓Does NOT transfer ownership of any kind
• ✓Can be revoked by the artist at any time
• ✓Does NOT grant CE555 any commercial rights to the work
• ✓Exists solely to facilitate display and promotion on the platform

Zero Commission Policy

Chromatic Echoes 555 does not take commissions, platform fees, listing fees, or any percentage of artist sales. Artists handle their own transactions and keep 100% of all proceeds. This policy is foundational to CE555 and will not change.
